This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle shipping for orders placed through our Website (vivatallow.com). For in-person purchases (e.g., farmers’ markets), this policy does not apply. Please read carefully to understand our shipping process.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. All orders are shipped from our facility in St Louis Park, MN.

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping.
  • Standard Shipping: For orders under $50, there is a flat $5 shipping rate.

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. All prices are in USD, exclusive of taxes, which are added at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of placement. Estimated delivery is 3-5 business days from the order confirmation date, depending on your location and carrier. Please note:

Subscriptions

All products are eligible for subscription through our Website. Subscription orders follow the same shipping terms as one-time orders, with free shipping on orders over $50 and flat $5 shipping for orders under $50. Risk of Loss

Viva Tallow LLC bears the risk of loss during shipping. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@vivatallow.com or 612-440-1275 with your order number and details. We may offer a replacement, partial refund, or store credit, subject to review. See our Return and Refund Policy for details.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this to monitor your package’s progress via the carrier’s website. If you don’t receive a tracking number within 3 business days of ordering, contact us at info@vivatallow.com.
