We stand by our products with a 30-day “Love It or Contact Us” guarantee. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery or in-person purchase. We may offer a partial refund or store credit at our discretion, subject to review. This guarantee does not apply to subscription orders for prior shipments.

Subscriptions

All products are eligible for subscription through our Website. You may cancel your subscription anytime via your Account settings or by contacting us at info@vivatallow.com or 612-440-1275. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for the current subscription period, but you may be eligible for a partial refund for defective products or allergic reactions in the initial shipment, per the terms above.
